Coffee matched to your specification

Grade is one part of coffee quality. Each proposed lot is assessed with origin, process, moisture, defect tolerance and desired cup profile. AA, AB, PB and other grades are discussed according to current supply and sample approval.

This keeps the conversation focused on intended use—filter, espresso, blend or single-origin—and avoids treating screen size as a flavour guarantee. Where you have a target protocol, include the sampling method, defect limit and cup attributes in the enquiry.

Use our Kenyan coffee grades and buyer specifications guide to prepare your technical brief.

Quality, traceability and documents

A commercial offer should be supported by evidence. Depending on your programme, the review can cover:

  • Grade and screen preparation
  • Moisture and water-activity requirements
  • Defect standard and sample size
  • Crop, origin and lot identity
  • Processing method
  • Representative sample and cupping assessment
  • Packaging, liner, bag weight and markings

For each proposed lot, we identify the traceability records and commercial documents available. Certification claims are made only when valid documents apply to the specific supply.

Before confirmation, packaging, liner, bag weight, markings and requested destination documents are aligned with the route and commercial terms. Incoterm, inspection point and shipment timing are recorded in the final order.
